30 Minute Outdoor Workout + HUGE Lululemon Summer Sale
Happy Sunday friends!!
I hope you had a fabulous weekend! As most of you already know, I’m super passionate about keeping both my mind and body healthy and happy during this unprecedented time. One way I personally do that is by working out! Today, I’m sharing a quick 30 minute heart-pumping workout that can be done at your local school track or park. I will also make sure to link any equipment we use at the end as well as some favorites from Lululemon’s HUGE summer sale!
While we do utilize our own equipment in this workout, you can easily make your own at home. Before our equipment arrived, we poured sand into backpacks to create weights. You can substitute sand-filled backpacks for any weighted movements. For the box jumps, I would recommend doing steps ups on a bench (see video below).
30 Minute Outdoor Workout
3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
3x Bleacher Run (run up and back down bleachers = 1 time)
10x Ball Slams
10x Kettle Bell Swings
10x Box Jumps or Steps Ups (using bench)
10x Bicep Curls
10x Lunges (each leg)
10x Ladder Walk
10x Alternating Plank Claps
10x Reverse Sit Ups
