The Valentine's Day Challenge

This may come as a total surprise, but if I'm being completely honest... I've always thought that Valentine's Day was just a ploy for the See's Candies of the world to sell more chocolate. While I used to think love day was all about your significant other, I've learned that it's ACTUALLY the best excuse to tell the ones you love how much they mean to you, and to reach out to friends that you haven't spoken to in awhile.Working as both a blogger and med sales rep, I pretty much feel like I'm on level 100 at all times. I've learned that I can be THE WORST at reaching out because I'm a total workaholic. Thank God for amazing girlfriends who know this about me, and NEVER hold it against me. I love HARD, but I struggle to remind people of that. So I'm challenging myself and YOU to remind the people you cherish how much they mean to you this Valentine's Day! I challenge you to think of 2 different people that you haven't spoken to in awhile, and remind them that you're thinking about them! I'm deeming this the #vdaychallenge.
With that being said, cheers to love, friendship and spreading kindness. That's my motto for Valentine's Day this year and 2020 in general!!
